Acceptance

By accessing or using Zeqo School OS ("Zeqo", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using Zeqo on behalf of a school, you represent that you have authority to bind that institution.

Acceptable use

• Zeqo is licensed for use by accredited educational institutions, their teachers, students, and parents.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute any part of the platform.
• You may not use the platform to generate content that is harmful, discriminatory, or illegal.
• You may not share login credentials with parties outside your institution.

Intellectual property

Zeqo's platform, engines, and interface are owned by Zeqo School OS. Content generated using Zeqo's tools (question papers, reports, assessments) belongs to the school that generated it.

Data ownership

Your school's data is yours. Zeqo does not claim ownership over any student, teacher, or school data entered into the platform. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No lock-in

You may stop using Zeqo at any time. Upon request, we will export all your data in standard formats within 30 days and delete it from our systems. No penalties, no exit fees.

Limitation of liability

Zeqo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but commit to best-effort availability and prompt resolution of issues. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
